Returns
I understand that sometimes a piece may not fit your needs or you may have simply changed your mind! That's why I offer a returns package that will enable you to return the piece and receive credit for the same amount to put towards another piece or commission a new one. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery / collection. Please note that this excludes delivery & return fees and the return of the piece back to my workshop near Barnstaple, North Devon must be arranged by you.
To initiate a return, simply contact me to arrange. Please ensure that the piece is in its original condition. I recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure that the piece reaches me safely. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Once I have received the returned product in its original condition I will issue you with a credit note for that amount (minus delivery costs if any).
Commission work is non-returnable & non-refundable.
